Is your tile roof leaking?
A small leak today is an expensive ceiling tomorrow.
Most South OC roofs don't fail all at once. They whisper first. If you've seen any of these, it's worth a closer look before the rainy season:
Water stains on ceilings or walls
The classic first sign of a tile roof leak finding its way in.
Cracked, slipped or missing tiles
Wind-displaced tiles let water under the roof, fast.
Leaks around a skylight or chimney
Failed flashing is one of the most common leak sources we find.
Dry rot or soft fascia boards
Trapped moisture quietly damages the wood beneath your tile.
We track down the source, not just the symptom.

Tile Roof Repair Costs
What does a tile roof leak repair cost in Orange County?
A tile roof can give your home more curb appeal as compared to other roofs such as asphalt composition shingle roofs.
But, just like all roofs, there will come a time when some of the tiles need repairs. The cost of a tile roof leak repair can vary depending on the roof pitch, type of tile, and location of the leak.
A simple roof tile replacement cost is between $25.00 and $45.00 depending on the number of tiles that need to be replaced and the type of roofing tile such as concrete, clay, or lightweight tile.

This is a great company. I had a roof leak which stained the ceiling drywall in the garage. I contacted South County Roofing and they sent Jesse out to give me an estimate. I decided to use them and I am very pleased that I did. Jesse is a real nice guy who communicates very well. He showed up on time this morning, removed the tiles and felt paper, showed me where the problem was, and fixed it. Jesse really knows what he is doing. He is not only a very skilled roofer, but someone you can trust. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another roof problem.

Brian and his team at South County Roofing did a wonderful job replacing fascia repairing damage under the roofing tiles at my Dad’s San Clemente house. Brian accurately described the problems with the roof and what it would take to fix them. The team arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. If I had a house in San Clemente with roofing issues I would use them again without hesitation.

Roof Leak Questions, Answered
Tile Roof Repair FAQs
Is my roof leak an emergency, or can it wait?
If water is actively coming inside, or a storm is on the way and tiles are cracked, slipped, or missing, it's worth treating as urgent, because standing water and wind-driven rain make small leaks spread fast. We offer quick, affordable emergency roof covering (tarping) before the storm hits your roof, and we can often get you on the schedule quickly. Call us at 1-949-597-0192 and ask about our availability.
How much does a tile roof leak repair cost?
The cost of a tile roof leak repair can vary depending on the roof pitch, type of tile, and location of the leak. A simple roof tile replacement cost is between $25.00 and $45.00 depending on the number of tiles that need to be replaced and the type of roofing tile such as concrete, clay, or lightweight. Request a free quote for an exact price on your roof.
Do you replace whole roofs, or just repair them?
We are roof leak repair and tile roof specialists. We track down the source of the leak, fix it, and restore your roof back to its original condition: replacing broken tiles, repairing wind damage, and handling dry rot or fascia as needed. The goal is to keep water out and your existing roof working, not to upsell you a full replacement.
What does the Leak Repair Warranty cover?
Our written Leak Repair Warranty covers leaks that start inside the repaired area during the term written on your bid. The term depends on the repair: 2 years for chimney, field and skylight leak repairs, 4 years for a full valley replacement, and 1 year for a partial valley. There are no deductibles, no show-up fees and no limit on return visits for covered leaks.
How does tile roof leak detection actually work?
We can carefully remove small sections of your roof and track down the roof leak source, get it fixed, and restore your roof back to its original condition. For skylights and chimneys, the skylight, tile, flashings, and roofing felt may be removed and stripped down to the deck so we can fabricate new flashing and install ice and water shield.
